He's looking for a new coaching job. I think the only NBA job which would fit his needs would probably be the Cavaliers and that's only if ownership wants to play top dollar for a coach and get rid of Mike Brown. Otherwise it's probably the start of his long awaited retirement.
Whose team is he going to sign a 5-year, $50 million contract with, and then force the team to buy him out for the full sum? In my eyes he lost his reputation after coaching the Knicks.
