OT: Mavericks/Lakers Game 4

Bring out the broom?

 

Good. This is a great time to play out of their minds, anything to see LA lose. Some games they played out of their minds against us, along with Kidd. It is something to see Portland pose more of a threat to the Mavs then the Lakers, however, our team still has a lot of work to do i we ever hope to get out of the first round. Starts with coaching, then ends with a little more talent.

 

This. Is. So. Beautiful. It's like Game 6 of the 2008 Finals all over again.

 

This isn't a broom, it's a Zamboni. The L*kers are getting destroyed.

 

In retrospect, we didn't stand much of a chance at beating Dallas, but damn I think we could have beaten these L*kers.

 

My new narrative: Blazers at least won two games against Dallas. Therefore, Blazers > L*kers.

 

I hate to say I told you so but....

Speed, feel free. I was dead wrong.

 

It's alright. This is a happy day for all of us.

Is anyone surprised at how quiet Dallas' arena is? If we were up 25 in the first half, there wouldn't be a roof left on the Rose Garden. 20,000 fans would have blown it off.

 

My God, this is beautiful.

 

I wonder if Dallas is saying to themselves, "Okay, cool. We got this. We know we can lose a 23 point lead, but there's NO WAY we're losing a 25 point lead."

 

It's seriously sports porn.

 

I know. It's getting better!

They are on their feet, cheering as loud as they can for Dallas fans. I give them credit for that. But yes. In Portland, if this was happening...... my lord.
