    What kind of crazy conflict of interest does this give the Commissioner in the CBA talks next spring? "Oh, well, I know *one* owner that's all for contraction and a dispersion draft!"

    Obviously, the Hornets will win games against all odds and mostly at the free throw line.

    With several hundred million dollars riding on it, the league will be "adjusted" to assure the success of the franchise at least until it is sold for a profit.
