Wow...I think we should all email Gavin Dawson and Chad in Portland and apologize for all the bad things we said about them.

The interviewer is a major A-Hole! I can't believe Nick didn't just hang up. Bring Nick to Portland!

Nick says that Oklahoma City has the best fans in the world. Where have we heard that before?:dunno:

Should we believe our blazers reps when they say the blazers have the best fans in the world?

And yes, the talk show host went way to far. He must not have an temp gauge that tells him when good enough is good enough.

I don't know. It was OKC first year and they couldn't get to 100% capacity? The host also talks about 5 thousand people in the stands in Seattle, but the year before ass clown Bennett bought the team and basically said he was moving them, the Sonics drew close to what OKC did.

Wow, my impression of Nick Collison just went up exponentially. Talk about a stand up guy. I can't believe he didn't lose his temper. Most athletes just don't have that kind of self control. He defused the entire issue and really made the host sound ridiculous. He can come back to the NW in a Blazer uniform anytime as far as I'm concerned.

It's so funny to me how people from smallish/backwater type places get so defensive when somebody throws some perceived slight out there about where they live ... kind of like when players on the Blazers complain about it raining all the time in Portland.

But it must have been killing Collison not to be able to say how much of a hell hole OKC really is.

Wow, that radio host is rediculous. If I were an athlete and I heard that interview, I'd never go on that show again.

My god. I just listened to that. What a hyperbolic jack-off. Jerks like him are why I never listen to talk radio.

I have a lot of respect for Nick Collison now. There is no way I could have been so level-headed and polite as he was dealing with that schrill, ranting moron.
