I wouldn't want Ediie House on any team that could possibly compete with us for the championship. In other words, I hope this deal goes down. Like Ivey said House is a streaky shooter and he brings an attitude and fire to the court thats contagious. What's Boston's deal? They've had injuries and havent played their best ball, but all of these trade rumors with Ray Allen and now House just don't make sense to me. They're main priority should be to simply get healthy IMO. Whether or not that's possible is another question.
We must be getting at least one first rounder in the trade or else it would be a terrible move. I definitely would try and see if we can push for two first rounders, though. I think Walsh just wants the first rounder either to add to the McGrady trade, or doesn't want to lose Nate for nothing.
Why not? Nate is a 6th Man of the Year caliber player. All it will cost is the 30th pick in the draft and an expiring contract (Nate's expiring too).
