    It's weird reading Bill Simmons and others writing that we are a contender now. I keep pinching myself. We're a contender? Wow. I guess I have to get used to it. Only 4 teams had better records than us last season.

    ...I am pretty sure that Colorado would have been playing for a championship without Raymond [as I believe that was the comparison]

    Not sure why theres this myth Simmons hates the Blazers.

    He said right before the playoffs they were his 2nd favorite team to watch in the NBA. He watched all their games.

    He did say after the playoffs though that PDX was the most over ratted group of players in the league, which I found odd as he was one of the many "overrating" them all season long. He even picked them as the team behind the Lakers as the favorite to come out of the west.

    I listen to his podcast and read a lot of his stuff and am a fan, but he's really the biggest flip flopper out there.

    Other than Colin Cowheard there's not anyone who contradicts them self more than Simmons. (And it's Cowheard in a landslide on that btw)
