Getting punked like that after a 67-15 season shoots your confidence for good. It's like Nick Anderson after he missed those 4 free throws in the 1995 NBA Finals. He was never the same again.

The Mavs are terrible now and they'll never contend again with this group. I can't wait til we play them. It will be an easy win.

Why? I want them to remain the same crappy team they are now. 2-5.

what really killed the mavs was making a panic trade last season that made them worse for the present and the future.

can you really blame the team last season for not coming out pretending like the regular season was meaningful to them after what happened? the mavs needed to either blow it up that offseason right after the first round loss or at least let that group of guys get back to the playoffs and see if they got a sense of urgency there and played like the team that had won 67 games.

I really hope Cuban keeps his word and extends Kidd.

I think Kidd would put us over the top.
