With all the talk about whether we should take Okafor or Howard we're forgetting our 2nd round pick, #30 overall.

I'm hoping we can land D.West or C.Duhon. Both players would be steals at that position. They can be our PG if Hill breaks down for the final time. Or maybe help out Hill if you don't land D.Armstrong.

    My 2 cents [IMG]

Only 19 hours till the Draft starts. Should be a historic night for Magic. Can't wait. [IMG]

    Can't wait for today's draft.

Duhon would definetely be a steal with a low contract...

But I expect Orlando to trade at least one of the two picks we got...

Don't be surprised if a team in around the 24-28 range would trade out of the 1st round so they wouldn't have to guarantee anyone's contracts and trade with us for our 2 2nds. We could get better value that way anyway.

Yea...since Wolves pick doesn't count we actually have a 1st round pick but with 2nd round values..which is perfect..but I would like Chris Duhon and that chinese guy..trade that #30 pick for a 20 - 30 pick..and get Duhon then get Chinese guy if available or that sf-pf that looks like the guy from simpsons from Brazil.

Because this year's draft quality is very balanced, you can still land a quality player with the 30th pick. If projects like Ha Seung-Jin, Peter John Ramos and Kevin Martin are avaliable, snatch them.

Pete Ramos won't be available..unless we get an early 20 pick, I wish he was.

I would love to see D west in orlando. He is a great three point shooter. He can hit a jumper from mid range. He has great hands and handles on offense. Would be a great compliment to the team if we trade tmac since we wouldnt have a real 2 guard.

I would also like to see toronto possible give him some consideration. Or if some how very slim chance the blazers dont take sebastian telfer at 22 we should be right there to steal him at 30. That probable wont happen though. Biggest player avaliabe in the second round right now is definitly d. west.

I would have preferred Ramos, considering we desperately need a center and our loaded at PF with 5 now. He could be a nice project though.

I like this pick actually... Good job, adding depth... He can play Center and Forward if we want... Might be able to fill the void for Zaza....
