I'm not sure I like what we are doing on offense. First our bread and butter play use to be LMA and Roy doing a pick and roll or pick and pop but for some reason we've gone away from that. Second I don't like that we are bringing Greg out so far (typically out past the free throw lane) for the pick and dive. Greg is a little to slow for this especially when it's out so far away from the basket. He simply doesn't have his legs yet to do that play. Also his screens are attrocious and another way for him to pick up some bad fouls. Maybe it will look better when he gets in a little better shape. I'm not knocking Greg on this just how Nate has decided to use Greg.

Why not get back to the basics have Rudy, Roy, or even LMA feeding Greg in the post (triangle type offense) and let Greg either work his man in for an easy basket or kick back out if they try and double. Rudy and Greg did a great job on one possesion of re-entering the ball 2-3 times before Rudy's man over committed and Rudy hit a 3 pointer. I would suggest having LMA at the top of the key and if his man sags in on Greg LMA dives to the hoop for an easy pass from Greg. I guess my point is get back to the basics, when you have a big man just make the offense simple and allow him to set up easy shots for his teammates or himself. Greg's a good enough passer that we don't need to work so damn hard on offense to get good shots.
