Lakers. They signed Radmanovic (for 31 large, yikes) and Shammond Williams, which means they're just one stooge short of a routine. </div>

This guy from the SportingNews thinks Radman is too pricey. I don't know if his contract is that bad for him, I like the Radman.

This writer is all over the place with his winners/losers. How can he say Peja was a good signing and not Radman? Peja cost the Hornets more money, he's older, and doesn't rebound like Radman, plus he can't play PF.

I thought the Radman signing was fair market value for what he brings to the team. Lakers needed perimeter shooting, and he was one of the best available shooters in the free agent market.

Radman would've got the MLE from any team, horrible piece IMO.

He makes a good point that giving players like Ben and Peja franchise money is a mistake, but other than that I don't really agree with what he said. Especially about Vladamir- in the triangle offense he's gonna thrive just getting open looks all day, just like Horry and Fisher did.

Vladimir might turn out to be UNDERpaid..... don't forget guys like Adonal Foyle and Brian Cardinal are making more than him. This writer obviously isn't aware that Vladimir is committed to expanding his game beyond 3-pointers.

Don't know what the guys on. I think the MLE is about a perfect price for someone like Radman. He can shoot the lights out and I think he's going to do a little better on the boards this year as well. He's exactly what the Lakers needed. To put it this way....he's cheaper, younger, better defending, and better rebounding Peja.
