The Red Sox have designated Pablo Sandoval for assignment. They will owe him the nearly $49 million left on his contract.

That dumbass should have never left San Francisco. One of the funniest videos I have see was Bruce Bochy doing a Question amd answer session with kids. One youngster about the age of 10 and wearing a Red Sox Cap asked Bochy if the Giants would please take Sandoval back.

Many times I've heard my brother in law say life isn't fair. In the real world dirt bags get fired, get nothing. Good people get caught up in lay offs. or unfortunate work reductions and get little to noting. And here we have a dirt bag who was essentially "fired" and is getting enough money to take care of God knows how many that money can help. Yep, life is not fair.

...Cano, who will be 35 in 3 months, is still 6 years and a guaranteed $144 Mil contract, has a horrible future...in fact, he has yet to be the player the Mariners thought they were getting.

...the contract of Miggy, who's the same age (6 more years and nearly $200 Mil) will also soon be an albatross...ditto with Pujols and Heyward

Talking about having a lucky horseshoe up the butt, Cano hitting that bomb to give the AL the needed run to win the game. The only reason he made it was because others were unavailable. I hope when the Yankees go to Seattle Judge and Sanchez hit homeruns every time they turn around. Talking about how he was "disrespected" was a slam to the organization and the fans who supported him. Mot much on Heyward. Miggy & Pujols have my respect but yeah they are starting to hit the skids but at least they'll give it their best shots.

...yeah, the Yanx reportedly offered 7 years/$175 which Cano rejected...some kind of "disrespect", eh?

...the greedy bastid could have retired in NY as the greatest Yankee 2Bman ever, probable HOF induction, and a plaque in Monument Park...but according to him, the Yanx were the bad guys.

...hey Cano, enjoy your remaining time of obscurity in Seattle....and hopefully reap just what you sow.
