Not sure how I feel about this right now. With out putting much thought into it, I'm pretty much "Meh" on the matter. Maybe that will change soon. My initial opinion is that a move like this is only done to show an action as well as restore faith in the general public and rarely, if at all ever moves the needle where it needs or should be. I guess we'll see soon.
