Looks like now a second in-conference game scheduled for tomorrow, has now been canceled because of Covid-19. Washington @ Cal and Arizona @ Utah Not sure how this will go. I do find it weird that only certain sports were given the green light to play. Just the money makers.
The pac 12 waited which was smart. But then bought millions of dollars worth of faulty tests *facepalm*
Not sure waiting was smart. A 6 game conference schedule in September and October made more sense to me than waiting until November to start. They could be over by now.
I would assume overall student body but that doesn't sound correct to me.. It was the Governors press conference.
If it means anything, my daughter and her team will have their first game since March 7th......EIGHT months! They will be wearing masks, but it is a joyous time in our house!
My two grandsons play for Eastside Timbers and have had a couple games, no fans and they wear mask while playing. With Mult Co's new 2 week covid 19 measures not sure they will be able to have more games?
And what really sucks, they aren't even allowing the parents to stay and watch the games. We are lucky that she is on a big time team that shoots and LIVE Streams the games.
Our indoor soccer rec league has been back for a month now - having to wear masks isn't ideal, but otherwise it's been a great break from being locked up.
Werent Arizona and California being hit particularly hard during August and September? it was smart to wait. They waited and bought covid tests to do daily testing and prevent any outbreaks from happening. The problem is that they bought faulty tests
