http://www.nba.com/pacers/news/summer_070709.html<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>The Indiana Pacers opened the 2007 Pepsi Pro Summer League with a 93-89 victory over the Chicago Bulls Monday afternoon at the RDV Sportsplex. The Pacers trailed much of the first half and third quarter before taking a 65-59 lead into the fourth quarter on back-to-back baskets by Kasib Powell. After building a 78-73 lead on back-to-back 3-pointers by Shawne Williams, the Bulls went on a 7-0 run. But Powell, a 6-7 forward who played in Russia last season scored the next six Pacers? points and Indiana never trailed after.?I think the first half we had jitters,? said Powell. ?In the second half, we settled down defensively which helped our offense. I got a lot of good looks because my teammates were hitting me when I was open.??We saw he was a good shooter in the rookie/free agent camp,? said assistant coach Lester Conner, who is coaching the team here. ?At the end, when we needed baskets, we spread the floor and got it to the open man. I?ve been around summer leagues for a lot of years and that?s as good as I?ve seen a summer league team execute down the stretch. I thought our bench played well and overall we had good contributions from all the guys, good hustle plays.?Kareem Rush led the Pacers with 20 points, hitting 7 of 11 shots from the floor, including 5 of 6 from 3-point range. Stephen Graham added 19 with six rebounds, Powell has 13 off the bench (11 in the second half), Williams 10 points and Andre Owens had eight points along with eight assists. The Pacers resume play today when they meet Orlando (5:00 p.m.).</div>GO KAREEM RUSH!

Yeah I was surprised to see Kareem Rush playing summer league ball, youd think he'd be able to earn a spot on a roster after already playing in the nba for awhile. Besides that it was a fairly boring game, I watched about 3 quarters before the connection gave out. Tyrus had some crazy blocks tho.
