The packers got rid of ed donatell and basically blamed him for lack of D in 2003, but now look what he has done in Atlanta... and look at the state of the packers defense, they need more men on defense and getting rid of McKenzie is no way to start, although they had no other option. They will be able to rectify this next year as they will probably have the 3rd or 4th overall pick in the draft
Donatell was a scapegoat for the 4th and 26 loss. The fans wanted blood and Sherman knee jerked him out of town. I would have changed the scheme and not the coach. However...I'm giving Slowik some slack because every time in the past 10 years or so the Packers have gotten a new defense or a new coordinator, they've started out slow. Not everyone is on the same page. There are tons of blown assignments, etc. That falls on the players initially, not the coach. We're better off without McKenzie. We could have used his talent if he were happy, but as a disgruntled player, he's doing the team and morale more harm than good.
3rd or 4th pick overall in the draft? I agree that the Packers have some problems, but not that many. I think they will do better as the season progresses. They have already shown glimpses of a really good team.
I tell you what pack, atleast my avatar is not steelers colors. You should be called Steeler Attack from now on.
If you want to make a friendly wager on the Packers/Eagles game on December 5th, we could trade avatars then...

You're on, by that time the Pack will be barely 500 and teh eagles will be on the way to an undefeated season. You're ON.
So Kenny, when the time comes to play the game, You are just like the Packers don't come to answer the challenge. Weak..Weak
