    I really feel bad for Jeff Fisher. He's probably one of the top 3 coaches in the league. Its bad enough that the front office won't give him any talent.

    Mis-management of the salary cap. Lots of "dead money" on the cap and lots of back-loaded contracts. It's the same thing that happened to the 49'ers...and they're STILL recovering from it.
