Pair of Assignments Boost Charge to Fourth Straight Win

    The Cleveland Charge (6-4) of the NBA G League, presented by Cleveland Clinic, completed a two-game home sweep of the Iowa Wolves (4-4) with a 131-118 victory at the Wolstein Center on Tuesday evening. The win was Cleveland's fourth-straight overall and fourth consecutive at home.

    The Charge got a boost from a pair of Cavaliers NBA Assignments: Kevin Pangos marked his Charge debut with 22 points, seven assists and a pair of steals in 37 minutes & Dylan Windler added 19 points and seven boards in 34 minutes. Two-Way Player R.J. Nembhard scored a team-high 23 points with seven assists and two steals in 39 minutes of action. Kyle Guy came off the bench to score 17 points and nab a pair of steals in 22 minutes. Norvel Pelle had 14 points, seven boards and a pair of blocks in 21 minutes. Tre Scott (13 points) and Justin James (10 points) rounded out Cleveland's double-digit scorers.

    Former Charge F Vincent Edwards led Iowa with a game-high 27 points to go along with six rebounds in 37 minutes. Brian Bowen II had a double-double of 16 points and 11 rebounds with three steals in 35 minutes for the Wolves. Chris Silva added a double-double of his own with 14 points, 12 rebounds and three blocks in 35 minutes.
