<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">Milt Palacio has a front-row seat for the Jazz's underdog playoff quest. And the view really stinks. After starting 18 games, second-most in his seven-year career, and making game-winning plays a few times in December and January, Palacio pictured himself taking a decisive role in driving the Jazz to the postseason. Maybe not in the starting lineup, but certainly as a trusted veteran. Instead, the 27-year-old point guard finds himself slumped in a chair next to the Jazz coaching staff, helping mostly by cheering on his teammates. "It's pretty bad," Palacio said. "It's disappointing." One of the most productive and heartening seasons of Palacio's career took a discouraging turn March 11. While running the offense in a game against the Mavericks, Palacio's left knee collided violently with another player (he's not sure who). And everything suddenly changed. "I knew right away it didn't feel right," Palacio said. "I was in some pain." The knee was the same one he had injured in Toronto two years earlier, which required surgery to correct. This injury is not severe enough to keep him out of uniform, not at this time of year, Palacio said. "You know me, I'm going to try to play through it," he said. "It's better now. There's still some pain, but if [coach Jerry Sloan] puts me out there, I'm going to do whatever I can to help the team." </div> <div align="center">Source</div>
Poor Miltness, I really thought he could become our superstar but he just hasn't had the playing time.....
<div class="quote_poster">Quoting Stockton:</div><div class="quote_post">Palacio's left knee collided violently with another player (he's not sure who). </div> It's like when Moe went to injure Mr. Burns in the bowling championship, except Milt got real injured.

Milt is so good, that Jerry Sloan feels sorry for the other team, and just sits him. Jazz = NBA champions if Palacio gets at least 25 MPG.

Miles will carry on his legacy Sloan is even going to bench Miles his whole rookie year so he don't go off on a 20-0 run by himself that way he learns to contain the force without seriously hurting anyone. If C.J. Miles was playing he'd be giving Kobe a run for the scoring title and MVP. The only time you'll see Milt and C.J. in the game together is when Utah is down by 20, I've seen the Master and student play together once, well the Kings felt their wrath and they lead Utah on a 22-2 run earlier this year. Too bad the NBA forbids them playing together....
