uhh, yeah. leather balls are easier but i can palm any 28.5 sized ball and smaller. it gets real fun when you're playing with a size five ball - then i feel like shaq.
Yes, though I generally need to get my fingers in the channels to do it. Two decades of piano make it so.
I can palm with my right hand off the dribble to fake a pass sometimes, (not that I do that ever lol), off the dribble I can palm it, but I generally need the second hand to push it into the hand I`m palming with (my right). I could palm better with my left hand like 3 years ago, now I can palm it for 10 seconds before it slips.
