The Panthers won 24-20. They were down in the 4th 20-10. Nice comeback by the Panthers to become 3-2.
Stephen Davis getting his usual TD and Steve Smith with a pair of TD's. Nice job by the Panthers, but give credit to McCown who threw for almost 400 yards (394) and continues to question if Warner should get his starting job back.
