Coach Ron Rivera says the Panthers will be without three starters for Sunday's game against the Miami Dolphins, including defensive end Charles Johnson. Johnson, who has 8 1-2 sacks this season and 21 sacks in his last 23 games, missed his third straight day of practice Friday with a sprained knee suffered in Carolina's win against the New England Patriots Monday night.
