Panthers sign high-scoring junior Hazen to entry level deal

    RW Evgeny Dadonov will play tonight as Mike Duco went down to Rochester much to DeBoer's chagrin. Duco had two fights in two games and seemed to energize the third line.

    "Duco did a great job for us. Dale and Mike Santos makes those decisions on who comes up and who comes down. I like both guys contributions to our lineup (referring to Patrick Rissmiller)," he said. "[Rissmiller] does fit the profile of where we want to go which is bigger and faster."

    DeBoer on Dadonov: "Dadonov is an automatic. As soon as he was healthy he was going to come back in the lineup. Goal scoring has been an issue before the Toronto game. It's been a real big problem over the last month and a half. We welcome Dads back. He's got some skill and could make other people better. He was playing real well, went to the All-Star game and …"

    DeBoer joked that Dadonov's game tailed off when he went to All-Star game for skills event. He's been out since Feb. 4 after breaking his finger in the Montreal game on Feb. 2."
