Former UNLV basketball standout Patrick Savoy has been arrested on suspicion of trafficking cocaine after an undercover operation in Las Vegas. Police say the 40-year-old was arrested without incident during a traffic stop Wednesday. He had left the Clark County Detention Center by Thursday afternoon. A police report says an undercover detective met up with Savoy at the Terrible's Hotel & Casino on May 28 and bought $300 worth of cocaine from him.
