It is clear as day that Paul Silas is the GM of this team!! BEFORE Paul got here Jim Paxson was ovepaying for bumbs! Jim's Vets were just crap.. NOW that Paul is here, we can see the difference. For one Players WANT to play for him & play here in Cleveland. This Offseason alone we have gotten a BUNCH of Vets for NO MONEY! If Jim was in charged we would have gotten one of these Vets for $5 Million a year. With our $5 Million exception we have gotten like 2 or 3 players. I love Paul Silas, the guys is old school, no nonse, & really a top 4 Coach in the League!!! Seeing guys want to come here because of Paul is the key to building a champship. Sure Lebron is a huge help, but Yao Ming is a top 3 young player in this league, but Players HATE Houstons Coach Van Gundy. Jim Paxson might have th title, but since Paul got here.. he picked the Boston Players, He knew about J Mac.. on Portland & we have seen 2 or 3 Vets come here in the offseason for NO MONEY.
