    "More notes from Friday's practice:

Ondrej Pavelec said he suffered a ligament sprain and a bone bruise in his right wrist that caused him to miss three-plus games.

The goaltender doesn't know exactly when he was injured in the first period of the Feb. 25 game against Florida. Pavelec said he went behind the net to play a puck and couldn't hold onto the stick.

"Nobody touched me," Pavelec said. "Before I played the puck [behind the net] I felt a little bit sore. I went behind the net and I couldn't play the puck or hold the stick."

Pavelec returned to practice on Wednesday said he is pain free after Friday's session."
