Penguins defenseman Zbynek Michalek and forward Arron Asham are expected to be out about two weeks with shoulder injuries. Michalek hurt his right shoulder Monday at New Jersey and sat out Wednesday against Toronto. Asham injured his left shoulder late in the preseason and did not play during the first week of the regular season. He skated in practice Thursday but is expected to miss another two weeks.
