Seattle Seahawks receiver Percy Harvin was a full participant in practice Thursday for the first time since his hip surgery Aug. 1, increasing the likelihood that he will play Sunday against his former Minnesota Vikings teammates. Harvin did not speak to reporters, but he is expected to talk Friday. If he plays Sunday, it will be his first appearance in an NFL game since Nov. 4, 2012 -- ironically, when the Vikings played at Seattle.
