I was checking my fantasy bball and i checked the report on OJ Mayo (who hasnt been livin up to expectations for me) and it says that he's being benched for the foreseeable future and Xavier Henry will be starting. No reason has been given yet...is this the opportune time to seek him in a trade?

Well, the Bulls have established a pattern of horrible odd quarters (that would be when Bogans plays) and good even quarters (that would be when Korver and Brewer and Watson play). How about seeing the pattern and fixing it? That would mean playing one of the three better guards, or finding a legitimate starting SG.

Mayo would be that legitimate SG.

I'd be all over it. And yeah I'd overpay ( of what it would seem on the surface)

Mayo gives us a lot of things ....secondary ball handler on the floor who can create for himself off the dribble but also shoot + adequate defender. It won't happen every night , but he's a guy that at times during the season in the right system ( and yes I think he would be great in ours ) I think could be a game winnner on some nights without havingto rely on Derrick every night. That's really important and helps preserve Derrick some so that he doesn't wear out

Charlotte pick + 2 of our firsts 2011 and 2013 and JJ

Our Cap Space should let us absorb the differentials

    Noah
    Boozer
    Deng
    Mayo
    Rose

    bench

    Asik
    Gibson
    Korver
    Brewer
    Watson

    Thomas
    Scalabrine
    Bogans

Wouldn't be surprised to see him go to Sacramento though

All of a sudden, our bench looks solid with a real SG in the starting lineup.
