Looks like Pacioretty and E. Kane are 2 guys their teams are sick off. Maybe swap one dope for another. Can't believe I'm saying this. The tool waiting his entire career to go to a team with a better supporting cast. He gets there, takes a couple of hits and is now playing like a scared bitch.

I cant believe how he is playing like he is a 20 goal 50 pt guy now. Amazing. Pretty much like every Ranger when they come to NY.

This is a killer. They gave up a ton to get him and his cap hit is almost $8m

Nash and Richards have $14M cap hits between them and are 20 goal/50 point guys right now. You cant win with production like that.

It's all because we all sold our souls in 1994. Now we have to pay for it the next 50 years. LOL!

I'm a big Pacioretty fan. He plays a simple, physical game and scores lots of goals. Seems like a good fit for Stepan.

Sorry to be so negative put you know Pacioretty would sukkkk here too. It's just the way it is. I cant think of an established player in the last 10 years that has come here and been BETTER here then previously. Maybe they are jinxed.

Can't think like that. I believe they have to get more players that score goals by doing the simple things. Like hitting to make a play. Tipping in pucks in front. Scoring garbage goals. Nash is pretty much my last time around being fooled by the flash offensive player. Rangers should go the way of the Bruins now. Tough players. Players that score tough goals. Win faceoffs. Hit to make plays.

I think with Nash its the head injuries. He just looks like a different player. To be honest, he is playing this year like he played in the playoffs which is not good. Thank Lucic and Stuart.

Agree, he's playing like a pussie. Why even play. He needs to play his game. If he gets hurt, that's the way it goes.

Sorry but after seeing what a concussion can do to a person, I'm not calling anyone a pussy. my 10 year old football team had one kid on a seemingly routine hit took 6 weeks to be able to walk a half mile before become sick. The poor kid went from an exceptional reader. reading above grade level (5 grader) to not being able to comprehend 1st grade readings. The guy is putting his life and future on the line every shift. And why? He would get his money either way...

I repeat. Pussie. He's not a 10 year old kid. He's an adult getting paid over 6 million dollars a year to play hard. Not play scared. I don't think he would get his money if he retired.

Let me ask the board this question. Would you do this.

    Nash
    Pyatt

    for

    Clarkson
    Fransen
    Toronto's 1st 2014

I'd think I'd do that and I think Toronto would also. At least I know Clarkson would play hard, stick up for his team and stand in front of the stinking net.

Maybe I would. Clarkson is interesting because he only scores against us really. The Clarkson we see almost every time we play him is an all-star. The Clarkson everyone else sees is a 3rd liner at best. Funny really.

I would guess the Leafs would do that, but who knows. Good for discussion in here, but no way it happens. I honestly don't see anyway we deal Nash to be honest.

Probably not but I'm not against it based off of what I'm seeing from him since his second concussion.

I agree. But I think they'll wait (and hope) for him to get his game back as he gets more comfortable. We'll know he is there when he bulls his way to the net rather than spinning. We'll see when/if it happens.

"Dagoon44 Told Rangers working the phones and something is up besides MDZ.. might be a shock.. looking for D and top 6"

This guy is about the only guy on HF I take seriously. He seems to have a legit connection because he's gotten things right before.

And they need to be sure it is not a quick fix deal for just this season. Next season should also be VERY much in focus.

Why do I see him doing something like Wilson, R. Ellis from the Preds for Brassard, MDZ and Boyle. Something out of nowhere where he tries another project like Wilson.
