    He sure does like pitching for Joe Torre. Brad Penny won't be back, and Derek Lowe might be gone too. So they'll have a spot they need to fill.

    I'm gonna guess he signs later, and the Yankees get squat. If they don't offer him arbitration, they won't bet picks. If they do, they won't get him at their target price.
