The Clippers drafted Livingston as their long term answer at point guard...Marko Jaric will most likely be the Clippers starting PG when the season beings...

So should the Clipps still search for another PG, or is this it? Who on the market would be a good fit?

I think any solid pg would do. What type of fit do they need? I think they just need a pretty good defender with little turn overs. What do you think about Mike James? Is he still available? Well this wasn't a very productive post but i personally think that if they have a shot at Mike James, maybe they should try and get him.

Mike James is about to sign with the Bucks. I think Livingston is fine at the backup for this year, the guy needs PT to improve in the league. Maybe they can sign someone like Shammond Williams though to help out at the point posistion.

I agree with Banks the Clippers should sign Shammond Williams, he's been around and knows what you have to do to stay in the league he could play when Livingston is not able to. Livingston is gonna be really good in the NBA and for his first season or season and half he should sit the bench and learn stuff then when he's ready to take the starting role he should get his turn.

I think Livingston could make an instant impact on the team. He is too big and quick not to succeed, even in his first year. He might need to work on his shot and weight more, but the basic foundations are there for him to be a 11/4/6 player in his rookie season.

I think he'll get 12-3.5-6.5 in his rookie year.

I don't think Livingston will get significant minutes this year...I'm real high on Kenny Anderson, anybody know his status? I'd love to have him in a clipper uniform

I don't know about Kenny, but veteran guy who still has skills (not Overton) who can just play the other half of the minutes.

I think Livingston can get something like 20 minutes a game and put up 7.0-2.5-4.1, but yea a veteran guy is needed.
It would be great to get someone like Damon Jones, but defense is a concern.

They will be fine with Livingston and Jaric...I wish the Clippers tried to get Fisher but they didnt, he is a better PG than Jaric by a mile.

The only thing I think they need now would be a veteran guard to show Livingston the in's and out's of the NBA...A guy like Kenny Anderson would be perfect IMO, just somebody to be around for one or two years and teach Livingston a lot of stuff...I say they will sign somebody like Kenny Anderson to a two year deal to be a 3rd string PG
