After expressing some interest in joining the Orlando Magic's front office, Phil Jackson bowed out on Thursday, according to the Orlando Sentinel. Former Magic guard Sam Vincent, who played for the Chicago Bulls in the late 1980s while Jackson was an assistant coach, was the intermediary between Jackson and Magic CEO Alex Martins, who was presented with a proposal by Vincent on Wednesday, according to the paper.
