Alot of the phins problems, this seasons, were very few playmakers on offense. Beck & Ginn are a start. Beck will be solid and it took Ginn awhile but he's getting up to speed... they just need to throw more middle & bubble screens to Ted IMO.

I was real impressed with the quicks & recognition of blitz pickups by Lorenzo Booker (another 07 draftee) during the Pats game.

Should Ronnie Brown be ready to go, then, Brown, Ricky, Samkon Gado, & Booker are better than Ronnie, Cobbs, Chatman, & L Booker. Basically, Ricky & Gado > Cobbs & Chatman.

Parcells in Miami & his good relations w/ Jerry J, might there be another Razorback in Big D?

Parcells will get a TE. One of the TE's from the U of Missouri, the Sooners TE, Tamme (Kentucky) are all good, but, my preference is Fred Davis (USC). As Beef mentioned previously, the lack of a quality TE hindered all the QBs this season.

The thought of Ginn & Jackson together as KR/PR's makes me drool. Putting L Booker, Brown, Davis, Jackson, & Ginn on the field w/ John Beck seems theoretically formidable. Its not the 99 Rams, but...

I do think a quality TE would open it up for Ginn a little bit....one thing I did notice about Ginn is that CBs were giving him a monster cusion in man coverage....I saw him run some curls that left him 10 yards in front of the nearest cover guy, so his speed is paying off already....a threat down the middle will open up a lot of action....Hagan will be a quality #3 guy and I love what Camarillo is doing but they do need another big time WR.....I love the role L. Booker is settling into as well....hes a nice change of pace to R. Brown and he seems to get it enough in pass pro that he can play on any down....all in all, I think the offense is full of young developing talent and has tremendous overall speed....now they need a QB that can distribute(maybe thats Beck) and a line that can give that QB time to utilize the speed....

Whoever is in charge next year (hopefully Cameron) needs to line up Ginn all over the place and put him motion frequently. Middle Screens, bubble screens, shovel passes, etc... Use him like the Saints used Bush in 06.

I read somewhere today that Parcells may insist Beck play the majority of the time against Cincy just to get a better look.

Beck did have 2 quality TE's his senior season. Harline who may still be on Indy's practice squad & some other yahoo who I believe was on the Raiders PS. Tamme (Kentucky), The Two from Missouri, or the one from Oklahoma would be suitable alternatives to Fred Davis. Keep in mind, I wanted the phins to get Herrian from Nebraska in the last drafT. I think he's still w/ the Bucs.

I just found out Miami signed Casey Bramlet as the 3rd QB. He has bounced around the league & was NFL Europe MVP. He played college ball @ the U of Wyoming and thought Miami would be a good place for him when came out a few years ago but Cincy snagged him. Paul Smith from Tulsa is one to keep on eye on on day 2 or UDFA. Further, I was impressed w/ the kid from Central Mich in the Motor City bowl last night,

If not DeSean Jackson opposite Ginn then the kid from Oregon (6'4" 225) would be okay with me. Though, he's a junior and may not declare.

If DeSean Jackson lasted to pick #32, I would take him and pair him with Ginn for sure....or if they traded with the Cowboys, and ended up picking 18th and 31st....whoever designs the offense next season needs to spend the next 6 months scheming to utilize the unique speed and wiggle they have....Ginn needs to get 2 shots deep a game to back safeties off even if they dont connect....L. Booker needs 10-15 touches a game as a change of pace back and on screens and swings....Ronnie Brown, if hes healthy, was running like a mad man and that was when the offense featured nothing else anyone respected....if Ginn stretches the field vertically, and Booker stretches the field horizontally, that opens up a world of room for Ronnie Brown and any TE they bring in....Im really excited about the young weps they have the weps they will be adding....
