    Based on what? Because they went after him once? Monroe has been consistently on block for years, if Neil really wanted him he could’ve had him by now.

    I don't think we'll go for him, the best we can offer is taxpayer MLE I think and that's $5.1million. If Celtics want him (and apparently they do), they can offer $8.4million. Money talks.
