I can definitely relate, I'm not sure If I ever posted a Pic of our pure Black GSD, (I know I've mentioned this guy before), he used to stand and put his paws on my shoulders, looking me straight in the eyes. 6 feet tall, when outstretched, and the best deterrent I've ever had, other than an AR-15 of course, He rarely let out a peep, and being pure black, no one could see him at night, if someone would of ever jumped our block wall, they'd of been better off diving into a pool of Croc's....
He is a beauty! I kinda feel bad for the idiot that ever decided to walk into our house uninvited. Shooting him would be an act of mercy.
