Cameras are banned. Time to get serious or else delirium sets in . . . for the head coaches, that is.</p> A world without cameras, videocams, sideline photographers, Instant-matics, overhead cams, 25-shot disposables, cell phones, all because the Pats got caught, the Jets got thrown out and two coaches - and perhaps organizations - simply do not like each other.</p> If only one could get Bill and Eric together at midfield, pregame, hold up a camera, shake a hand and say, “Smile.”</p> If only.</p> 14 down, five to go.</p> N.Y.
