Pierce will stay at the hospital at least for a day for observation, and will be re-evaluated by Dr. McKeon on Wednesday.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm pretty sure that you are guaranteed at least the 4th pick if you have the worst record. However, we don't want the 4th pick. Only Oden or Durant would actually give us great hope. Brendan Wright could be an All-Star, but he'll need a couple years to really establish himself, same with most of the other guys.
