Now I make this thread now for the reason to look back and how much I miss the old Pistons/Pacers games. What a rivarly that was a few years ago. Granted It didn't last as long as hoped with being being a contender but still good to look back on the match-ups between the two teams.

That playoff series was classic hard nosed basketball. Obviously the brawl ruined all this as Pacers went on to trade Artest while other guys getting older and getting injures e.t.c but It was still find to watch.

The old Pistons/Pacers games showed you what true defense really was. It was a rivarly where If you shoot 40-42% then you had a good shooting night. Obviously some other fans may not like that kind of basketball and refuse to believe It was fun to watch but for me those kind of games were good to watch and you knew you wouldn't get anything easy.

Pacers really lost their bite when Reggie retired more than anything.

    Anyway

Tonight It is another Pistons/Pacers match-up at the palace.
