<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>Phoenix (49-23) at Detroit (58-14) 1:00 pm EDT AUBURN HILLS, Michigan (Ticker) - The Phoenix Suns' offensive machine will be put to the test Sunday when they square off with the hard-nosed Detroit Pistons in a matchup of two of the league's best teams. Averaging a league-best 108.4 points, Phoenix put its firepower on display Friday in a 140-126 victory over Toronto. Leandro Barbosa scored a career-high 28 points and Boris Diaw contributed 26 for the Suns, while Shawn Marion added 21 and 12 rebounds and Steve Nash 20 and 10 assists. The Suns shot 58 percent (51-of-88) from the field, connecting on 15-of-27 from the arc en route to their fourth win in six games. Detroit also is playing well, having won three straight and nine of its last 11 contests. The Pistons are coming off Friday's 112-105 victory over Milwaukee as Tayshaun Prince and Richard Hamilton scored 25 points apiece. Rasheed Wallace added 21 points and 10 rebounds for Detroit, which is allowing only 89.8 points this season. Detroit posted a 111-104 triumph over Phoenix on November 10 as Chauncey Billups scored 27 points and dished out 11 assists.</div> This should be a fun game to watch the Suns just came off a 140 point night but have been cooling down as they are 6-4 through the last ten games. I see this one coming down to the wire and it should be a good game whoever may win.
Phoenix has gotten off to a great start. They're shooting almost 70% and they're up by 15. They have to cool down eventually.
I watched. The Pistons won this game. Suns were up ahead until the end of the third quarter. Final Score: 109 Pistons - 102 Suns (on Nba.com but i remember a different score for some reason i thought it was 107-102) Either way Marion had 32 Nash had 13 -- Billups had 35 Prince had 23 ---- It was a good game, also Rasheed Wallace got his 16th technical foul and is out for a game.
The Pistons were bound to make a comeback but it was still stupid of PHO to lose such a big lead even against a good team.
Yeah the suns were up 17 at one put and the pistons turned it on in the second half. Chauncey was amazing for us.
