The Detroit Pistons are in need of a big man. And as June's draft projects to be a big-man heavy lottery, the team should have plenty of options with their No. 7 pick.

But might they look to trade up in an effort to get an impact big guy, such as Derrick Favors or DeMarcus Cousins?

Said Detroit GM Joe Dumars to the Associated Press: "There's no question that we are looking to add a young big player," he told the AP. "We're not going to pick someone just because they are young and big, but we need a player like that who works with our team.

"In this job, you always have to keep your options open. If someone comes to me with a great offer, I'm going to strongly consider it, and I may go to other teams with what I think is a great offer. You do whatever you can to make your team better."

It's been rumored that Richard Hamilton or Tayshaun Prince could be on the move, and with Prince being in the last year of his deal, Dumars could potentially package him and the No. 7 pick to move up and snag Favors or Cousins.
