<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">The University of Pittsburgh extends its deepest sympathies to the Dixon family after the untimely passing of Maggie Dixon on April 6. The youngest sister of Pitt men's basketball coach Jamie Dixon, Maggie was the head women's basketball coach at Army and led the team to its first Patriot League championship and NCAA Tournament this past year. Her spirit, dedication and kindness left a strong impression on many and she will be deeply missed.

"Maggie touched so many people beyond basketball," Jamie Dixon said. "Our family has received an outpouring of sympathy from across the country and we are deeply appreciative. As her older brother I know she looked up to me. But I always looked up to her, too, and it's obvious that a lot of other people did as well. We thank everyone for their continued support and prayers."</div>
