I don't get the thread title.

 

His euro team is or used to be the Playboys

 

I half-expected to see: "the scouts were dispatched after the first quarter of the Atlanta game..." in the article.

 

The one in Finland used to be the Playboys. Not the one he currently plays for in Italy (because every Italian is a playboy, by birth, so stating it would be redundant).

 

I wonder if the Blazers may be considering trying to get him over here to take the 15th roster spot. Obviously, Nate is searching for answers for a backup PG.

I didn't recall that the Blazers would lose their rights to him after this summer. I thought as long as he continued to play professionally in another league, they retained their rights indefinitely.

I guess the Blazers are probably just trying to decide whether to bring him over this summer or not. Given the probably lockout, I'm not sure that he has much of a shot at playing for Portland next year.

 

As others have alluded to, but didn't go all the way: When the Blazers drafted Petteri, his team was the "Playboys," hence many of us used to call him "Playboy Pete."

 

Now that Denny is making money hand over fist, why doesn't he expand S2 with a nude photography board? I never go outside the Blazer board, but then, I would.

Posing should be prerequisite for all females who post on S2.
