Over the course of his career, Allen Iverson has never averaged less than 39.4 MPG. So far, in 6 games with Detroit, Iverson is averaging 39.0 MPG. At what point do you start gradually decreasing his minutes?

Iverson is not going to want his playing time to decrease until he wins a championship. So, maybe after this year?

It's really not up to AI if he gets a decrease in PT, well, unless he's also the coach all the sudden. Last I knew, he wasn't, therefore he doesn't control rotations, nor does he control how much he plays. If the coach finds it necessary for him to play less to get some of his younger guys more PT and to keep Iverson at least a little more fresh, than that's something AI is going to have to deal with.
