Q: Which team in the race for the Wildcard is in the most trouble? I'm going to go with the reliable no show team for the month of December, the Cowboys. They are playing San Diego (9-3), New Orleans (12-0), Washington (3-9), and Philadelphia (8-4). They will be lucky to beat Philly, and have I can't see them beating San Diego and New Orleans. The only win I can see is against the Redskins. This sucks to, cause one of my QBs is Romo and its his break month...
To be fair, Romo played excellently against the Giants. They lost the game primarily because their D gave up big plays and the running game never showed up. It's hard to tell who'll be on the outside looking in, to be honest. Dallas certainly has the toughest schedule. But I still think the Giants are the most questionable team still in the hunt. They stepped up on Sunday, but there were still parts of their game that showed little improvement (pass D, O-line play). If they don't beat the Eagles this coming Sunday, I don't think NY makes the playoffs.
Dallas has a tough schedule but they have the kind of talent to split those two tough games (either way). It is still a toss up for me, the NFC East is so good.
