I wouldn't like that at all ... T-Mac didn't want to be second fiddle to VC, i doubt he would do that for Kobe, especially with their media hyped rivalry all these years, he'd be conceding as the lesser player if he plays kobe's sidekick..i just dont think T-mac's competitiveness and ego would ever allow that

I think VC is a harder player to deal with than Kobe. Kobe tends to admire players who work hard like he does. Kobe and T-mac can exist.

Not happening. The rumored deal involved Franics in a 3 way.

It would've worked. Kobe loves hard workers, and he would have no problem scoring less and racking up more assists. Tmac wants to win a championship, and right now, a combo of him and Kobe would've been the best that is available for him.

If the Lakers packaged Lamar and Bynum they could do this. It wouldn't be a horrible trade for the Rockets because it would give them a very versatile player in Odom and a VERY promising young Center to fall back on once they realize that Bynum is dunking on Yao 24/7 in practice.

as for LA they could seriously surround these two guys with two- bit talent (wait we already have that) and they'd make it to the Finals.
