Mike Martz needs to get on the phone to his old boy and call this man up and put him in a Lions uniform.Sure he's old, he doesn't have what he used to, but he could be huge for the Lions. Every since coming into the league our Diva WR's have had no clue on what to do, and how to do it. They've had nobody that was there to really teach them. Bruce would be huge in BMW, Roy and Charlies Rogers development.Plus he can still contribute on the field as well. He knows Martz offense. He can't be expecting THAT big of a paycheck. The Lions need to pull the trigger ASAP on this.

Bruce was a cap casualty under the previous deadline, but the Rams may choose to remove his name from that list and continue to use the extra time to work out a new contract with him.</div>
Yea, I read that last night, pretty sure he's still going to be cut though. They really don't need him anymore. He's just one of those players that is the face of the franchise sort of thing, so i'm sure they'd love him to stick around..just to be there. But I don't see it happening from a football business prespective.
