"He's got great hands, he can shoot it, he's got moves on the block, and he can play out on the floor. But what impressed me most is he's a fantastic passer. He's a really big-time passer. He really understands the game." Brown was the head coach of the U.S. squad that took home the bronze medal in Athens, while his good friend Popovich worked as one of his assistants. "I was really blown away watching him play," Brown said. "He was very skilled, you know, like a poor man's Bill Walton.
