Posey Won't Seek Buyout From Pacers

James Posey's agent, Mark Bartelstein, says his client will not seek a buyout agreement from the Pacers.

Posey landed in Indiana as part of the four-team, five-player trade that netted Darren Collison and sent Troy Murphy to New Jersey.

The veteran has two years and $13 million left on his contract.
