    <font size="2" face="Arial, Helvetica">4. Chris Bosh, Toronto: The best decision Bosh could've made was to skip the FIBAs to rest a sore foot. He dealt with chronic pain due to plantar fasciitis last season and still excelled. If he can get that situation squared away, the Raptors will have an excellent chance of repeating as Atlantic Division champs despite the retooling the Nets, Celtics and Knicks have done.</font></p>

    Right behind Duncan, Garnet and Dirk, I'm happy with that ranking. It sounds like Chris is taking his foot problems seriously, he says he treats it with 'respect'.</p>

    Good ranking. He is finally getting some respect and people start to notice him. I hope he can come in next season with a healed foot and be even better.</p>
