Just a little projection I made up since I was bored waiting for Backlash to start (Go HHH!!)

QB: Brett Favre, Aaron Rodgers, Ingle Martin
RB: Ahman Green, Najeh Davenport, Samkon Gado (injuries)
    FB: William Henderson, Vonte Leach
WR: Donald Driver, Greg Jennings, Andre Thurman, Cory Rodgers
WR: Robert Ferguson. Rod Gardner. Marc Boerigter
TE: Bubba Franks, Donald Lee, David Martin
RT: Mark Tausher, Kevan Barry, Tony Moll
RG: Daryn Colledge, William Whittaker, Tony Moll
C: Scott Wells, Jason Spitz, Chris White
LG: Junius Coston, Jason Spitz, Adrian Klemm
    LT: Chad Clifton, Adrian Klemm

    Defense
DE: KGB, Mike Montgomery, David Tollefson
DT:Cullen Jenkins, Corey Williams, Kenny Peterson, Johnny Jolly
NT: Ryan Pickett, Colin Cole, Kendric Allen, Donell Washington
DE: Aaron Kampman, Kenny Peterson, Cullen Jenkins
    SLB: Ben Taylor, Brady Poppinga,
ILB: Nick Barnett, Abdul Hodge, Roy Manning
WLB: AJ Hawk, Robert Thomas, Roy Manning
CB: Al Harris, Mike Hawkins, Will Blakmon
CB: Charles Woodson, Ahmad Carroll, Tyron Culver
SS: Marquand Manuel, Mark Roman, Marvel Underwood
FS: Nick Collins, Marvel Underwood, Tyron Culver

    K: Billy Cundiff
    P: BJ Sander
    KR: Cory Rodgers, Najeh Davenport
    PR: Will Blackmon, Cory Rodgers

This means that we still have major questions there.
Obviously all of these guys wont' be on the team but I think the DC looks similar to this heading into training camp. I'd like too see TT address our kicking game yet. Maybe someone can become available.

I think the team is overall better than last year and we're healthy (for now) now which is huge. Easy schedule... Who knows what could happen. With that said I think we go 6-10 or 7-9 but we're slowly building something good. Very young team. Sad thing is a lot is riding into the Rodgers pick unless my boy Ingle Martin gets a chance to prove em all wrong.... haha..

Edit: I'm drooling over the fact that in a year or two our LB core will look like this

Nick Barnett, Abdul Hodge, AJ Hawk...

I wouldn't mind Hodge winning out this year. Hope he does!!!

I think Robert Thomas will be a starter at linebacker this year. Barnett and Hawk will be shuffled in such a way that the next best linebacker on the team will start. Right now I think that's Thomas.

Thurman is no longer on the roster as McCarthy stated he only wanted "Big Receivers" and then they go and draft Jennings which is still puzzling me.

They signed their big receivers in Boerigter and Gardner. They still need speed with Jennings. I like the Jennings pick more than the Colledge pick actually. I think he'll develop into a nice WR.

I don't have any thing against the pick, it's just that They cut Thurman and Chatman for being too small and then draft a guy who is not much bigger, Kind of odd. Must have some talent for them to do that though [IMG]

Gardner was with us for the last few games last year, former Redskin first rounder, spent most of season in the Panthers Dog house last year.

Boerigter was with the cheifs and was a decent numer 3 Wideout until he was injured, didn't play two seasons ago and was used sparingly last year. I actually think he is going to become one of Favre's go to guys.

That is a sweet LB corps.

Though, If Robert Thomas couldn't make an imapct w/ the Rams then...

Question; What about Poppinga from BYU? I believe he even played end when BYU ran from a 3-3-5.

Popp probably would be starting if he wasn't injured last season, He looked promising last year though but tore his ACL, he's questionable for the start of the season.

He's much more talented than Chatman and Thurman. Both Chatman and Thurman were kinda scrubs in my opinion. Jennings was graded out as a 1st round prospect by some teams according to ESPN Insider.

What's funny is when we past on Jackson and Moss, I began hoping for Jennings. When are pick came up I saw us take Colledge which was solid. The next time it came up I was shouting at the TV pick Jennings.... maybe TT could hear me?

I sure hope Hodge wins a starting spot. I know Hawk and Barnett are all but locks.

Chatman caught 50 balls last year... I wouldn't really call him a "scrub."

He only got in the action because there was know one else. Which explains why we were 4-12. We played a lot of games with 3 WR's. Someone had to catch something. I like Jennings better actually. Gardner too.

I was wrong. The Packers released Robert Thomas today. Guess it's time for the "youth movement."

Thomas just signed with the Raiders. Maybe he'll have more luck with the Silver and Black...

He was a decent Linebacker for us, didn't make many mistakes and made a few big plays for us, I wish him luck.
